Binding Agreement

1. General Terms & Acceptance

78abc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Acceptable documents include national ID cards, passports, and other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 78abc services, including real-money games and sports betting, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 78abc account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested. 3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 78abc account credentials, including your username and password. 78abc strongly recommends the following security practices:

- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
- Contact 78abc support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
78abc cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you reporting a security breach to 78abc will be treated as authorised activity and will remain your financial responsibility.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
78abc operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. This process may be triggered at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or at any time 78abc deems it necessary. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
78abc supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The availability of specific payment methods and applicable limits may vary at the time of your transaction.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits made via mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 78abc account within seconds of confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing time. All deposits are subject to a minimum threshold as displayed in the 78abc cashier at the time of deposit. 78abc does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Funds deposited into your 78abc account may only be used for wagering on the 78abc Platform. You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and forfeiture of any winnings generated from those funds.
4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. 4.3 Currency & Conversion
All account balances, transactions, and wagers on the 78abc Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. If you deposit from a card account denominated in a different currency, your card issuer may apply their own conversion rate and foreign transaction fees, for which 78abc is not responsible.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
78abc offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your 78abc account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — and any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to complete the required wagering within the stated time period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit or abuse the 78abc bonus system is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using a bonus in conjunction with a betting strategy designed to reduce risk to the point where a guaranteed profit from the bonus becomes possible (commonly known as bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting); misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion; or any other conduct that 78abc reasonably determines to be an abuse of the promotional system.
Where 78abc determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the associated account without notice.
5.3 Promotional Calendar
78abc runs seasonal promotions aligned with key events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions are announced on the 78abc platform and are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. 78abc is not obligated to replicate or repeat any previously run promotion.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 78abc Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives you or any third party an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 78abc support immediately.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening communication directed at 78abc staff, support agents, or other users.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Attempting to circumvent any security or verification measure implemented by 78abc.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing Platform restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the 78abc Platform — including but not limited to the 78abc brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text content, game assets supplied by licensed providers, and software — is the intellectual property of 78abc or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform or its content.
Game content provided on the Platform by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 78abc for presentation on the Platform. No rights to that content are transferred to you as a player.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78abc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities undertaken on the Platform.
- Technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or errors in game software that affect the outcome of a wager, subject to 78abc's fair resolution process.
- Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Actions taken by 78abc in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding during an investigation.
Where a technical error results in an incorrectly calculated payout or an erroneous game result, 78abc reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. This is the limit of 78abc's liability in such circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
78abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider related to a deposit made into the account.
- Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.
- At your own request, including voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
9.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your 78abc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
9.2 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 78abc will make reasonable attempts to notify you by email before any dormant account administration fee is applied. 10. Responsible Gaming

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 78abc, we encourage you to first contact the 78abc support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication with our support staff.
11.1 Formal Dispute Process
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to 78abc by email at [email protected]. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, the relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting documentation. 78abc will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full written response within fourteen (14) business days.
11.2 Game Disputes
In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a game, the records maintained by the 78abc Platform and its game providers shall be considered the definitive and authoritative record of all game transactions. If a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the server, the server-side record shall prevail. Game provider certifications and RNG audit records are available to support the integrity of all recorded outcomes.
11.3 Time Limit for Claims
Any claim or dispute relating to a specific transaction or game outcome must be raised with 78abc support within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may be declined on the basis of the expired limitation window.
12. Amendments to These Terms
78abc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication to the Platform unless a different effective date is specified.
